There are various types of Roulette systems, but the two main ones are negative and positive progression. For any type, the goal is to turn the edge of the house into something that works in favor of the player. Either type can take a prolonged period of game time before gaining the advantage.

The Negative progression Roulette

Roulette using negative progression indicates that the bet is generated after a loss. Many systems have the next bet after one loss each time. If the system is followed correctly, eventually there will be a victory at some point, and the player will leave with the winnings, even if the session started badly. However, many players have problems with roulette systems of negative progression, since their bankroll must be extremely large to admit any prolonged play.

The Positive progression Roulette

Players who use a positive progression type are using their previous victories. Also called a pyramid, this system requires that profits be used to earn more money. To continue playing a negative progression system, the player must win repeatedly. If the total amount of money earned is subsequently lost, there is no way to continue using the system until more money can be earned.

The rules of roulette

Roulette is a game played by up to eight players who play against the dealer or the croupier. The dealer is responsible for facilitating the game, declaring bets open and closed, turning the wheel, declaring the winning number, paying the winnings and accumulating losses. Roulette is played on a special table with markers that indicate where players can bet, a roulette with numbered and colored slots, and a small metal ball. The principal intention of this game is to predict precisely where, between the numbered slot in the roulette wheel; the ball will land after turning the wheel.

Before the game, players must buy special roulette chips at the cashier, since normal casino chips are not used at roulette. Every player has a set of colored tiles that they can use to bet on the table. After the game, these chips, or what was left of them, can be exchanged for casino chips or money in the box. French and European roulette tables have grids numbered from 0 to 36, as well as other regions dedicated to external bets.

The bets

There are several bets available for roulette players. They are classified according to the place where they would normally be placed, whether within the grid within the bets or outside the grid, external bets. When placing the bet specifically on the roulette table, a specific bet is executed.

There are six types of internal bets, namely, the straight, the spit, the street, the corner, the five line and the six line. Inside Bets has the highest payout in the game, but it is also the hardest to make. Right is a type of bet made directly on a number. The division is a bet made on two adjacent numbers, while Street is a bet made on a set of numbers that belong to the same line. The corner is a bet on four numbers adjacent to each other.
